We network with musicians and sound professionals, and also draw upon knowledge and experience gained from over 25 years of involvement with professional audio. But the real secret to developing great products that people can use is gathering input and feedback from you, our customers, future and present. Customers may not be able to tell us exactly what product to build, but often they have particular problems that they would like to have solved. All equipment manufactured by Wavefront Electroacoustic Technology carries a two year warranty. If you are having trouble with your Wavefront equipment during its warranty period and are claiming warranty status, call us at (937)-542-9950 or send an email to our service department to receive an RMA number. We will arrange and pay for shipping (in the continental US) for warranty repairs, but you must obtain an RMA number from our service department first.
Pro Audio Equipment Repair:
Always contact us prior to shipping anything to us; there are certain items we simply do not work on. Please carefully pack and insure your equipment for its full replacement value when shipping for repair. We cannot accept any liability for equipment damaged in shipping. We prefer United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS). Ship the item prepaid, and be sure to include a return waybill (repaired equipment will be returned collect if a return waybill is not included with the original shipment). If you are located in the Dayton, Ohio area and wish to bring your equipment to us personally instead of shipping it, please be sure to contact us by phone or email first. Equipment drop off and pick up is by appointment only!
